Consultations
On-site consultative services packages are individualized to each request. Nina Reeves is available for consultations with local and national school districts, hospitals, regional special education service districts and of course, for individual cases.
The "strand" concept for professional development and consultations has been an effective tool for planning and executing successful programs for many sites across the country.
This concept helps to avoid the "drive-through dump" of information. Strand consultations outline an ongoing plan to raise the bar of knowledge, skills and comfort levels among speech language pathologists who work with children and adolescents who stutter.
With the ongoing development of technological tools - whether you are local to the DFW area or are across the country. Consultative service plans can be developed to meet your site's needs.
Parents, teachers, administrators, and speech-language pathologists are encouraged to contact Nina Reeves to discuss consultative service options or to schedule an appointment.

I just wanted to THANK YOU for all you are doing and providing us with. I have never felt this comfortable working with fluency. I feel like my fluency kids have benefitted so much more these past two years just by using some of the things we learn in the FIGs (Fluency Interest Group meetings) and during in-services. They are actually learning and retaining everything we talk about and most of them are getting very comfortable with their stuttering and how they deal with. Parents are even commenting on how much more they are working on it at home and the things they are teaching them. I had one dad tell me that he had no idea there was so much involved and will start using some of the techniques he's learned and stop telling his son to slow down. Others have thought I was absolutely insane when I was having their child stutter on purpose until they realized why we work on that. Parents are now more supportive than ever and tell me to bring on the homework! Again, I can't even begin to tell you how much you are appreciated!!
